Product Definition
Together with the team, we held a brainstorming session to understand the requirements of the challenge and map possible complexities. From this, we defined the solution with a focus on the users' pain points and goals, establishing priorities to achieve a feasible and valuable delivery.
User Experience
I structured a collaborative design system based on the Design Thinking methodology, which allowed us to progress quickly in the development of an MVP.
The process involved data analysis, problem identification, ideation, prototyping, and final delivery of the solution — always with a focus on usability and real impact for the user.
Context
Problem
The project was developed during the TecBan Hackathon, with the challenge of creating innovative solutions based on the Open Finance ecosystem. Using TecBan's APIs and Banco24Horas assets, the goal was to promote financial inclusion, explore new business models, and facilitate access to financial products and services for different user profiles.

Delivery
To define our target audience among borrowers and the level of default, we used data provided by the Central Bank.
14.9% of delinquent borrowers are up to 34 years old.
this being our target audience.

of credit, from the Central Bank.
66% of borrowers
use up to 3 types
of credit simultaneously
and are up to 60 years old.
2020 data from the Citizenship Finance Series – Risk Indebtedness in Brazil, from the Central Bank.
In this project, we involve two audiences:
The investor and the borrower.
Bringing clarity
to product
decisions – fast
We use wireframes as an essential communication tool, bringing clarity and tangibility to product decisions. At this stage, we validate assumptions and discuss the strategy for each feature.
In addition to developing the solution, it was also necessary to create a brand and visual communication for Agiliza.

With the data shared via Open Finance in the Data Reception journey, Agiliza conducted more accurate credit analyses, offering fair rates and personalized products according to the user's profile.
In the app, the user can track the status of the loan, receive incentives for repayment, and access financial education actions to avoid debt.

Starting the investments
With Suitability, we identify the investor profile to offer products aligned with their profile and level of risk.
In the app, the user can view available investments and track the allocation of their resources.
Learnings
and Insights
Validating hypotheses quickly
With only 3 days left for the challenge, it was essential to focus on delivering a functional MVP that generated real value. This experience reinforced my ability to validate ideas quickly, both through research and adjustments in the flow with users, as well as in creating the final screens. The Design System created was a great facilitator to speed up the process and the development of the solution.
Open Finance and the regulatory context
One of the greatest lessons from this project was to deepen my knowledge in Open Finance. In 2021, the system was still in its early stages, and not everything about its potential was known. This experience was essential for my professional development, as it provided the foundation for me to lead the complete implementation of the Open Finance journey at Méliuz in 2024.
